All of our inspection services include a thorough site inspection, and an accurate, comprehensive, easy to understand report which details all defects and concerns identified on site.
Our Inspection Bundle Packages
We strongly recommend that to properly identify the defects that may arise during the construction of your new home that you should have 5 of the main stages inspected as a minimum, and should seriously consider reinspecting critical stages to ensure that all aspects of your new home comply with the NCC’s Building Code of Australia, all relevant Australian Standards, and to a general high quality throughout.

Inspection Stage Prices
Payment & Terms
All of the services we provide are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions. As part of our inspection services, we offer a reasonable level of support to assist you. If for whatever reason a greater level of support is required, this may incur additional charges.
We email you a copy of your tax invoice on the same day as we take the booking, and our standard terms require that payment is due prior to the inspection/releasing the report. If for any reason you are unable to pay on time, we will not release the report until the overdue account has been settled.
The inspection price lists above are based on a single storey home of up to 30 squares (280m2), or a double storey home of up to 45 squares (420m2). Homes larger than these sizes may incur additional charges at our discretion. We reserve the right to change (increase or decrease) our pricing as we deem necessary, however current customers and quotations will remain valid until all inspections are completed.
